Level 2:

Deadlift: 5×5 work up to your heaviest 5

Wall walk: as many quality wall walks as possible in 10mins. Aim was to maintain the ‘dish’ shape throughout

Level 3:

Deadlift 10×3 @ 67.5%

Split snatch 6×2 @ 85%


3 rounds for time of:

50 KB box step ups (16/12kg; green/blue box)

400m run



Well done all  (especially to those that decided to complete the WOD even after the cut off time) and I will see you on Monday or in two weeks on Thursday!

  1. Yea, me too. After 5 steps ups i thought boredom might get me before fatigue but then i switched modes. Wish I had your time to target;)
