This week’s theme: hamstring tension at the ‘knees’ position

We completed a variety of drills pulling to and the from the knees position in order to make the most of the hamstring and glute tension in the lifts.


Strength training

Press or bench with pull-ups


One-armed push-ups (scaled where necessary)

One armed KB rows


Squat or deadlift


Barbell lunges

Barbell roll-outs (ab roller style)
