Warm up:

30sec – max ‘nose and toes’ hold

60sec max DUs

(depending on last one out on last round you all had different amount of pull ups to complete in the WOD)

Skill:

3x max kipping HSPU (or strict box HSPU)

kipping pull ups/chest to bar pull ups technique

WOD:

12mins to establish (new) 1RM snatch then complete 5 rounds of

3 hang snatch @ 85%

x pull ups
