I must admit, opening those big doors to CFL when the sun is out at 0700 on a Monday makes a huge difference!

Today we worked on a simple drills where we start at the bottom of the dip (receiving position) with our feet on the floor. Making our way through the transition backwards and under control to the bottom of the pull, then straight back up, ensuring once the hands make contact with the sternum, they stay in contact with the body, using the ribcage as a guide!
