We started off with some pass throughs, OHS, pass throughs and snatch grip press at the bottom of OHS and duck walks to prep for snatch technique work.  Our focus was on speed under the bar and catching the bar in the squat.  We moved through snatch balance, Hamill snatch drop and tall snatch with some great progress all round.

A gritty effort all round.  Special mention to Moe, who kept working beyond the cut-off time to complete the WOD, and to visitor Rob who scaled up to a 24kg KB, completing the WOD right on the cut-off.  Good work, guys!
