Level 3

Pull up 5-5-5-5-5 (strict chest to bar, rest as needed)

Clean pulls 4-4-4-4

5 rounds for time:
12 kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
12 goblet squats
12 push ups
12 jumping lunges with kettlebell
