It’s Good To Be back

A day of firsts. My first Saturday back and my first time at SE11.

After a warm up Level 2’s worked on their heavy cleans followed by lots of pull ups practice.

Level 3’s had heavy dead lifts then push jerk technique

WOD

2 rounds for time of:

30 dumb bell thrusters

30 press ups on dumb bells

30 dumb bell step ups.

It was great to meet you new faces and great to catch some old friends too.
