Handstand/handstand walk progressions

5 rounds of as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes, with 1 minute rest between rounds:
3 hang power cleans (70% or 50/35kg)
6 burpees
9 box jumps

Level 3

Push jerk 3-3-3-3-3

Pull ups 3 x max effort (maintaining hollow body position)

5 rounds of as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes, with 1 minute rest between rounds:
3 hang power cleans (70% or 60/42.5kg)
6 burpees
9 box jumps
