Press 5-5-3-3-1-1

Pull ups – 3 x max effort. Scale with band if needed.

20 minutes for max reps:
Every even minute perform as many clean & jerk as possible (75%)
Every odd minute perform as many knees to elbows as possible

*power or squat cleans, only push jerks – no split.

Level 3

For 6 minutes, every 60 seconds perform 3 snatches (60%)

Handstand push ups – spend 10 minutes

20 minutes for max reps:
Every even minute perform as many clean & jerk as possible (75%)
Every odd minute perform as many knees to elbows as possible

*power or squat cleans, only push jerks – no split.

Handstand inspiration. My new theory is if I watch enough people do amazing handstands, clean & jerks and snatches it will totally rub off on me. This is a lovely example of a perfect handstand shape. Fully open shoulders, zero banana, just a pleasure to see.
