Pull ups – technique

2 rounds for time:
50 dumbell/kettlebell push press (2 x 15/5kg)
15 dumbell/kettlebell front squat
*everytime the dumbbell/kettlebell is put on floor – immediate 5 burpee penalty

Level 3

Clean & jerk 3-3-3-3-3

Pull ups 3 x max strict

2 rounds for time:
50 dumbell/kettlebell push press (2 x 25/10kg)
15 dumbell/kettlebell front squat
*everytime the dumbbell/kettlebell is put on floor – immediate 5 burpee penalty
