Wall walks – technique

5 rounds for time of:
200m farmers walk (2 x 15/10kg plates)
20 overhead walking lunge (1 x 15/10kg plate)
10 push ups

Level 3

2 hang snatches + 1 overhead squat x 6

Ring dips 5-5-5-5-5 (for quality: maintain hollow body throughout)

5 rounds for time of:
200m farmers walk (2 x 20/15kg plates)
20 overhead walking lunge (1 x 20/15kg plate)
10 push ups
