Double unders – technique/max effort

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 deadlifts (70/50kg)
10 over-the-bar burpees
15 wall ball (9/7kg)

Level 3

Press 5-5-5-5-5

Ring dips – EMOM for 5 minutes 5-10 reps

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 deadlifts (100/70kg)
10 over-the-bar burpees
15 wall ball (9/7kg)

This week saw the announcement of the first CrossFit London/SE11 showdown. I’ve been amazed by the sign-up and support. Within 2 hours almost all the spots were taken. After being at CrossFit London for over a year now I’m really sensing that people are truly looking to push themselves further, working for the extra reps and achieve all those things we each have on our ‘to-do’ lists. This isn’t just evident in our Level 3 classes where members regularly seek to go above and beyond, but Level 2 where, frankly, the drive and determination of the vast majority is incredibly impressing. (Especially the ladies!)
