Ring dip 5 x max effort

Knees-to-elbows/toes-to-bar – technique

15 seconds on, 15 seconds rest complete each of the following for 5 minutes each, for total reps:
Jumping squats
Sit ups
Alternating dumbbell snatch
Lunges
Push ups

Level 3

Kettlebell floor press 10-10-10-10-10 (alternating arms)
Ring dip 10-10-10-10-10

Strict toes-to-bar 3 x max effort

15 seconds on, 15 seconds rest complete each of the following for 5 minutes each, for total reps:
Jumping squats
Sit ups
Alternating dumbbell snatch
Lunges
Push ups

Well done to everyone who competed and supported during yesterday’s showdown. Everyone really embraced the day well and enjoyed themselves. Well done to our winners: Hanna, Moe, Kat and Cian. And all the runners up, helpers, barbecue-ers, judges, dog sitters, errand runners etc. And not to mention the amazing job done by Coach Rachel and CrossFit London coaches Alex and Tim. Already talk of when we can repeat the success and fun that yesterday brought. Watch this space.
