Pistols – technique

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
3 power cleans (42.5/30kg)
15 over-the-bar-burpees
21 wall balls (7kg/5kg)

Level 3

Power clean – 2RM

Weighted pistols 10-10-10 (5 each side)

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
3 power cleans (60/42.5kg)
15 over-the-bar-burpees
21 wall balls (9kg/7kg)
