Today we have completed yet another successful I course. Day kicked off with the little introduction from everyone and as soon as we got shyness out of way it was down to business.

Morning was filled with teaching technique for our powerlifts followed by the two weightlifting movements clean, jerk and snatch. Before the lunch break we have also covered kettlebell swing and snatch.

Post lunch is always fun when we continue with gymnastic movements with bellies filled with lunch.

Some fun moments today when Jen figured out the proper depth on the squat, David discovered that straight arms are essential when attempting handstand, Marco got few strict handstand push ups, Mary got hang of assisted pull ups, Alison showed nice form during kipping drills, Bob got through ring dips with great form and Natalie finished WOD with the best time.

Great work overall.
