Level 2

A1) Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
A2) Support hold 30 sec /support hold on rings 30 sec / ring dips 3 x 3-7

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
6 handstand push ups
12 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
200m run

Level 3

A1) Deadlift – work up to a heavy triple
A2) Ring dips 5 x 8-12

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
6 handstand push ups
12 kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
200m run
