Push press – 15 minutes to find a heavy 3

Pistols – 10 minutes on technique

For time complete 21-18-15-12-9-6 of:
Walking lunges (2 x 20/12kg)
Pull ups

Level 3

Push press 3-3-3 (90%)

Weighted pistols – 10 minutes to find max unbroken each side (16/8kg)

For time complete 21-18-15-12-9-6 of:
Walking lunges (2 x 24/16kg)
Pull ups
