Level 2

Snatch grip deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Muscle ups – drills/technique

Complete for time:
Buy in 400m run
Followed by 3 rounds for time:
20 goblet squats (24/16kg)
15 sit ups
10 hand release push ups
Then cash out 400m run

Level 3

Snatch grip deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 (110% of snatch)

Muscle ups – 3-5 every minute on the minute for five minutes

Complete for time:
Buy in 400m run
Followed by 5 rounds for time:
20 goblet squats (32/24kg)
15 sit ups
10 hand release push ups
Then cash out 400m run
