Level 2

Hang power snatch – 15 minutes to work up to heavy double

Wall ball – 10 minutes to work on technique/accuracy

4 rounds for time of:
400m weighted run
30 alternating kettlebell snatches (20/12kg)

Level 3

Power snatch – 15 minutes to find a heavy touch and go triple

Wall ball – 4 x 30s for max wall ball reps

4 rounds for time of:
400m weighted run
30 alternating kettlebell snatches (24/16kg)
