400m run with wall ball (7kg/5kg)
25 wall ball
20 wall ball goblet squat
15 wall ball push ups

Level 3

Front squat 5RM

Ring dips – 3 x 5-10 (with L-hold at the end of each set)

“Balls to the Walls”, 4 rounds of:
400m run with wall ball (9/7kg)
25 wall ball
20 wall ball goblet squat
15 wall ball push ups
