Handstand push ups (negatives) 3-3-3-3-3

12 minute as many rounds as possible:
7 front squat (50/35kg)
7 ring dips

Level 3

Snatch – 2 on the minute every minute for 5 minutes (70%)

Handstand push ups – 21 reps in as few sets as possible

12 minute as many rounds as possible:
7 front squat (60/42.5kg)
7 ring dips
