Battle of London – scaled competition

BoLSo the first Battle of London qualifier will be run this Thursday at the gym.

So what if you don’t feel like this is relevant to you? That you can’t do the workout Rx? And so why bother to register?

Well you can still do the workout and you’ll have a blast, but if you register for the scaled competition you’ll be in the running for some prizes, you’ll also have some added accountability to push you harder during the WOD and you’ll see how you rank with other scaled athletes around Europe.

Thursday’s scaled workout is the following:

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

20 Cleans 35/25kg
20 box jump overs 24/20″
20 Cleans 45/30kg
20 box jump overs 24/20″
20 Cleans 55/35kg
20 box jump overs 24/20″
As many cleans as possible at 60/40

Score = total reps.
