15 overhead squat (35/25kg)
15 box jumps
15 wall balls
15 kettlebell swing (24/16kg)

Level 3

Back squat 3-3-3-3

Tuck sits/L-sits on rings – 6 x 10s hold

3 rounds for time of:
15 overhead squat (42.5/30kg)
15 box jumps
15 wall balls
15 kettlebell swing (32/24kg)
