Snatch – 15 minutes to work up to a heavy double

Ring dips – technique + 3 x 30 sec max effort

2 rounds for time:
200m weighted run (20/10kg)
30 burpees*
200m weighted run
30 overhead lunges

*rep requires a jump on to plate

Level 3
