Level 2

Bench press – 10 minutes to find a heavy 5

Knees-to-elbows – technique/kipping technique

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
15 box jumps
12 push press (42.5/30kg)
9 knees to elbow

Level 3

Bench press – 10 minutes to determine a 5RM

Ring row (horizontal) 3 x max effort unbroken

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
15 box jumps
12 push press (50/35kg)
9 knees to elbow
