Level 2

Snatch – work up to a heavy single

Dips – 12 minutes to work up to a heavy 5 (no failed reps)

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
400m run
5 snatches (80% of earlier heavy single)
10 toes-to-bar

Level 3

Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 (60%)

Weighted dips 2RM

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
400m run
5 snatches (80%)
10 toes-to-bar
