Back squat – 15 minutes to work up to a challenging 3

Toes to bar/knees to elbow – technique

7 rounds for quality:
2 wall walks (with 5 second hold at top)
100m farmers walk (as heavy as possible)
10 perfect push ups

*15 minute cap

Level 3

Back squat 3-3-3-3 (80%)

Toes to bar (strict) 3 x max effort

7 rounds for quality:
2 wall walks (with 10 second hold at top)
100m farmers walk (as heavy as possible)
10 perfect push ups

*15 minute cap
