Level 2

Halting snatch deadlift + hang snatch (high hang) 6 x 1+1

False grip ring row 3 x 5-10

3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute of toes-to-bar
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of alternating dumbbell snatch (15/10kg)
1 minute rest

Level 3

Snatch pull 3-3-3 (90%)

Hang snatch 3-3-3 (75%)

Strict weighted muscle up 3 x 2-5

3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute of toes-to-bar
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of alternating dumbbell snatch (20/15kg)
1 minute rest
