Level 2

Snatch deadlift + hang power snatch + snatch balance 5 x 1+2+3 (25 minute cap)

10 rounds for time:
3 handstand push ups (or 5 strict heavy dumbbell press)
10 burpees
30 double-unders

Level 3

Snatch deadlift + hang power snatch + snatch balance 5 x 1+2+3 (75%)

Snatch – heavy single

Muscle up 4 x 3-5 reps

10 rounds for time:
3 handstand push ups
10 burpees
30 double-unders
