Level 2

Dips – 12 minnutes to find a heavy 3

Double unders – 10 minutes for technique

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
5 pull ups
7 push press (55% bodyweight)
9 knees to elbows

Level 3

Weighted dips 2-2-2-2-2-2 (90%)

Double unders – 10 minutes to practice unbroken reps

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
5 pull ups
7 push press (65% bodyweight)
9 knees to elbows
