Level 2

Overhead squat – take 15 minutes to work up to a challenging 5

Strict toes-to-bar – 3 x max effort

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
5 power cleans (50/35kg)
10 weighted sit ups (10/5kg)
15 wall balls (7/5kg)

Level 3

Overhead squat 5-5-5-5-5 (65%)

Strict toes-to-bar – 3 x max effort

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
5 power cleans (70/50kg)
10 weighted sit ups (15/10kg)
15 wall balls (9/7kg)
