Level 2

Snatch – technique and drills session

Pull ups:
0 = 5 x negative, rest 1-2 min
1-3 = 2-2-1-1-negative, rest 1-2 min
4-7 = 4-3-3-2-2+
8+ = weighted 5-5-5-5-5, rest 1-2 min

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 ground to overhead (50/35kg)
5 ring dips

Level 3

Snatch – technique and drills session

Front squat 5-5-5 (70%)

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 ground to overhead (70/45kg)
5 muscle ups
