Hold top of ring dip 20 sec
Hold bottom of ring dip 20 sec
Rest 20 sec

3 rounds for max reps:
Goblet squats (24/16kg) – 40 sec
Rest 20 sec
Knees to elbows – 40 sec
Rest 20 sec
Push up – 40 sec
Rest 20 sec

Level 3

Deadlift 3-3-3-3 (85%)

Muscle up (strict) 5 x 3-5 reps, rest 90 sec

3 rounds for max reps:
Goblet squats (32/24kg) – 40 sec
Rest 20 sec
Knees to elbows – 40 sec
Rest 20 sec
Push up – 40 sec
Rest 20 sec
