Level 2

A1) Pull ups – take 20 minutes to find an 8RM (negatives if no pull ups or less than 10)
A2) Snatch – establish a TnG 5RM

CrossFit Open WOD 13.2
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes:
5 shoulder-to-overhead (52.5/35kg)
10 deadlifts
15 box jumps

Level 3
