Level 2

Overhead press 5-5-5

Arch rocks 5 x 20 (or 5 x 30 sec hold)

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
30 second rest
5 deadlift (85/60kg)

Level 3

Overhead press 5-5-5 (80%)

Arch rocks 5 x 30

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
30 second rest
5 deadlift (120/85kg)
