Level 2

Deadlift 2-2-2

False grip pull ups 3 x 3-7

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
1 shoulder to overhead (40/30kg)
1 strict pull up
2 shoulder to overhead
2 strict pull ups
etc.

Level 3

Deadlift 2-2-2 (90%)

False grip pull ups 3 x 5-10

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
1 shoulder to overhead (60/40kg)
1 strict pull up
2 shoulder to overhead
2 strict pull ups
etc.
