Handstand technique

Complete 18-12-6 of:
Dumbbell thrusters (2 x 15/10kg)
Dumbbell power snatch (15/10kg)*
Burpee

*partition reps as preferred but aim to keep even between left and right

Level 3

Back squat 5-3-1 protocol

Handstand technique

Complete 18-12-6 of:
Dumbbell thrusters (2 x 20/12.5kg)
Dumbbell power snatch (20/12.5kg)*
Burpee
