Level 2

Hip mobility drills

Back squat 5-5-5 (add 2.5kg from last time)

Run 450m (block) for time, rest 3-5 minutes then:

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes:
8 alternating pistols
4 strict pull ups
4 strict chin ups
4 ring dips

Level 3
