Level 2

Back squat 5-5-5 (add 2.5kg to previous)

Power snatch – 10 minutes to find a moderate 3

“The Chief” as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:
3 power cleans (45/30kg)
6 push ups
9 air squats
Rest 1 minute
Repeat 5 times (20 minutes)

Level 3

Back squat – establish a heavy 5 / follow your own programme

Power snatch – 10 minutes to find a moderate 3

“The Chief” as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:
3 power cleans (60/42.5kg)
6 push ups
9 air squats
Rest 1 minute
Repeat 5 times (20 minutes)
