Kipping pull ups – drills

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
8 sit-ups
12 box jumps (24/20″)
16 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)

Level 3

High hang muscle snatch + hang muscle snatch + muscle snatch 6 x 1+1+2

Kipping pull ups – drills (chest-to-bar standard)

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
8 sit-ups
12 box jumps (24/20″)
16 kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
