Level 2

Press – spend 12 minutes working up to a challenging 3

Sumo deadlift – 15 minutes to find a heavy 5

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:
5 front squats (45/30kg)
5 burpees

*if you cannot complete the work in the minute, rest and wait for the next full minute to continue. Score at the end is number of total rounds completed

Level 3

Press 3-3-3 (87%)

Sumo deadlift – 15 minutes to find a heavy 5

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:
5 front squats (70% of your best clean, alternatively 60% of your best single front squat)
5 burpees

*if you cannot complete the work in the minute, rest and wait for the next full minute to continue. Score at the end is number of total rounds completed
