Pistol drills

Knees-to-elbow drills

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
6 handstand kick-ups
6 push ups
8 pistols (alternating)
10 knees-to-elbows

Level 3

Power clean + front squat + clean + jerk – 7 x 1+2+1+2

Muscle up – 3 x 3 negatives

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
6 handstand push-ups
8 pistols (alternating)
10 knees-to-elbows
