Level 2

Back squat 5-5-5 (add 2.5kg to previous)

*If you are following the Strength Class programme then perform Back Squat or Press programme (3 working sets of 531 plus 3 pause squat sets)

Weighted sit-ups 15-15-15-15 (go as heavy as possible)

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
6 hang power snatches (35/25kg)
12 v-ups

Level 3
