Level 2

Back squat 5-5-5 (add 2.5kg to the previous time)

Snatch balance 3-3-3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes:
5 burpees
10 wall balls
15 sit ups

Level 3 (12pm)

Back squat 5-3-1 or own programme (15 min cap)

Snatch balance – in 10 minutes establish a heavy 3

Weighted dip – in 10 minutes establish a heavy single

5 minute ladder (1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3…):
Deadlift (115/80kg)
Strict pull up

Rest 5 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes:
5 burpees
10 wall balls
15 sit ups
