Good mornings – take 10 minutes to find a challenging 3

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes complete:
8 wall balls (9/7kg)
10 sit ups

Level 3 (12.30pm)

Push press 2-2-2-2-2-2

3 rounds for time (20 min cap):
21 hang power cleans (52.5/35kg)
7 muscle ups (sub with dips)

Rest 5 mins

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes complete:
8 wall balls (9/7kg)
10 sit ups
