Press – 12 minutes to find a heavy 2

Handstand walk drills – 12 minute time cap

4 rounds for time:
7 clean & jerk (60/42.5kg)
14 kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
21 box jumps (24/20″)

Rest 5 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes;
5/3 unbroken chest-to-bar pull ups
