Level 2

Front squat 3-3-3

Pull ups
Scapular pull ups 3×10, then:
0: Assisted pull ups 5-5-5-5-5
1-5: pull ups 5-5-5-5-5 (assisted when required)
5+: weighted pull ups 3RM

Power clean – 7 minutes to work up to a heavy single

Complete 5 rounds for time:
6 power cleans (80% of earlier single)
12 box jump overs

Level 3

Front squat – heavy 3

Weighted pull up 3RM

Complete 5 rounds for time:
6 power cleans (80% of clean 1RM)
12 box jump overs
