Clean & jerk – heavy single

1 arm push up drills

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
2 wall walks
6 single-arm kettlebell overhead squats (12/8kg)
14 sit ups

Level 3

Clean & jerk – heavy single

1 arm push up drills

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
2 wall walks
6 single-arm kettlebell overhead squats (20/12kg)
14 sit ups
