Double under technique

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
200m run
7 power snatches (30/20kg)
7 pull ups

Level 3

Snatch first pull + power snatch + overhead squat 6 x (2+1+2) work up to a heavy weight on the complex

Double under technique

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
200m run
7 power snatches (42.5/30kg)
7 chest-to-bar pull ups
