Push jerk 3-3-3

Pull ups
Scapular pull ups 3×10, then:
0: Assisted pull ups 5-5-5-5-5
1-7: pull ups 5-5-5-5-5 (assisted when required)
8+: weighted pull ups 1RM

5 rounds for time:
5 jerk (80% of best earlier push jerk triple – either push or split for MetCon)
10 front rack lunges
15 sit-ups

Level 3

Push jerk 3-3-3

Pull up 1RM

5 rounds for time:
5 jerk (80% of best earlier push jerk triple – either push or split for MetCon)
10 front rack lunges
15 sit-ups
